Integrations
CaterCloud connects to payment processors, point-of-sale systems, calendar apps, and lead platforms so your tools stay in sync without manual data entry. This article covers which integrations are available and how to connect each one.
Available Integrations
CaterCloud currently supports the following live integrations:
- Stripe — Payments: Accept card payments for deposits and invoices, including automatic receipts and refunds.
- Square — Payments & POS: Sync payments and on-the-day point-of-sale sales with your Square account.
- Google Calendar — Calendar: Subscribe to your CaterCloud event calendar via an iCal feed, compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
- Meta Leads — Lead capture: Pull leads from your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pages directly into CaterCloud.
- Xero — Accounting: Connect your Xero organisation to sync invoices and financial data.
- WooCommerce and Shopify — eCommerce: Link your online store to bring orders into CaterCloud.
How to Connect an Integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations in the left-hand navigation.
- You'll see a list of available integrations, each showing whether it's currently connected.
- Click the relevant integration to begin the connection flow.
- Follow the on-screen prompts — most integrations connect via OAuth, meaning you'll be redirected to the provider's login page to authorise access.
- Once authorised, you'll be returned to CaterCloud and the integration will show as connected.
Connecting Square Specifically
Square can also be accessed directly via Settings → Payments, where you'll find payment configuration options alongside the Square connection.
Connecting Meta Leads
To configure your Meta lead integration, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Meta. From there you can link your Meta page and set up field mappings to route lead data into the right CaterCloud fields.
Need a Custom Integration?
CaterCloud has a REST API for building your own connectors. Visit /docs to view the API documentation, or use the Talk to us option on the integrations page to discuss a native integration.
> Tip: After connecting your calendar, share the iCal feed link with your team so everyone's events stay up to date automatically.
