Operations — vendor and market profiles

Operations — Vendor and Market Profiles
Operations profiles let you create a dedicated, public-facing page for each of your catering concepts — such as a food truck, market stall, or catering package. This feature is ideal for operators running multiple brands or offerings who need a simple way to showcase each one separately.
Creating an Operation
To add a new operation, go to Operations in the main navigation and click New Operation. Fill in the following details:
- Name — the public-facing name of your operation or concept
- Description — a short overview of your offering
- Photos — upload images that represent your brand or food
- Menu Highlights — add key dishes or packages to feature on the profile
- Contact & Booking Info — include how clients or organisers can reach you
Click Save to publish the profile.
Editing an Existing Operation
To update an operation, go to Operations, select the profile you want to edit, and click Edit. You can update any field at any time. Changes are reflected on the public profile immediately after saving.
Sharing Your Profile
Each operation has a unique public URL, visible from the profile page. Copy this link and share it with:
- Market organisers reviewing vendor applications
- Event clients comparing catering options
- Venues or bookers who need to assess your offering before confirming
Linking Events to an Operation
When creating or editing a booking or event, you can assign it to a specific operation. This keeps your jobs organised by concept and makes reporting cleaner when you run more than one brand.

Tip: If you manage multiple operations, linking each event to the correct operation makes it easier to track performance and revenue per concept — check your Reports section for a breakdown.
