Your Profile

Your profile settings let you manage your personal account details and avatar — the information that represents you across CaterCloud. This is useful for anyone who wants to keep their contact details current or update how they appear to teammates and clients.

Getting There

Navigate to Settings → Profile to open your profile page. You must be logged in to access this area.

What You Can Edit

From the Profile settings page, you can update your personal information and how you appear within CaterCloud. Typical fields and options in this section include:

• Name — your display name as it appears across the platform
• Email address — the address linked to your account and used for notifications
• Avatar — your profile photo or image

Updating Your Personal Details

1. Go to Settings → Profile.
2. Click into any editable field, such as your name or email address.
3. Make your changes.
4. Click the Save button (or equivalent confirm action) to apply the updates.

Your changes take effect immediately once saved.

Changing Your Avatar

Your avatar appears alongside your name in bookings, quotes, and team views, giving your account a recognisable identity.

1. Go to Settings → Profile.
2. Locate the avatar section near the top of the page.
3. Click on your current avatar or the upload prompt.
4. Select an image file from your device.
5. Confirm the upload to set your new avatar.

For best results, use a square image with a clear, well-lit photo.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Changes to your email address may affect how you log in — double-check before saving.
• Your avatar and name may be visible to other members of your organisation within CaterCloud.
• If a field isn't saving, check that all required fields are filled in correctly.
