Sequence Run History
The All runs page gives you a live view of every automated email sequence your account has fired — across every contact and every sequence. It's the fastest way to confirm a message went out, spot delivery failures, or check whether a run is still in progress.
Getting There
Navigate to Sequences → All runs (the back-link at the top of any sequence also takes you to ← Sequences, from where you can access runs).
Reading the Runs Table
Each row represents one contact's journey through a sequence and shows:
- Sequence — the name of the sequence that triggered the run; click it to open the sequence
- Contact — the recipient's name and email address
- Status — a colour-coded badge showing where the run currently stands
- Started — how long ago the run began
- Completed — when the run finished, or — if it hasn't yet
- Last error — if something went wrong, a brief error message appears here in red
Filtering Runs
Use the filter pills at the top of the page to narrow the list by status:
- All — every run in your account
- Running — currently in progress
- Completed — finished successfully
- Failed — stopped due to an error
- Cancelled — manually stopped or voided
To filter by a specific sequence, use the Any sequence dropdown and click Filter.
Understanding Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Running | The sequence is active and steps are pending |
| Completed | All steps finished without issue |
| Failed | A step encountered an error — check Last error |
| Cancelled | The run was stopped before completing |
Investigating a Run
Click View on any row to open the individual run detail, where you can see exactly which steps were sent and when.
> Tip: If you see repeated failures on the same sequence, check that the contact has a valid email address — the Last error column usually points to the cause.
