Settings Overview

The Settings area is your control centre for configuring how CaterCloud works for your business. Whether you're just getting started or fine-tuning an existing setup, this is where you manage everything from your business details to integrations and billing.

Accessing Settings

Go to Settings from the main navigation. The page is divided into clearly labelled sections — work through each one when setting up your account for the first time, or return to a specific section whenever something changes.

What You Can Configure

• Business Profile — Enter your business name, ABN, logo, address, timezone, and preferred currency. This information appears on quotes, invoices, and client-facing communications.
• Team — Invite team members, assign roles, and manage who has access to different parts of CaterCloud.
• Messaging — Set up your email and SMS configuration so client communications send correctly from your account.
• Quotes & Invoices — Define default payment terms, payment instructions, and branding to apply across all your documents.
• Calendar — Set your working hours and adjust how your calendar displays bookings and availability.
• Notifications — Choose which email alerts you receive, such as new enquiries, quote activity, or payment updates.
• Integrations — Connect third-party tools including Xero, Stripe, and Google Calendar.
• AI Agent — Configure automated reply behaviour for incoming enquiries.
• Billing — View and manage your CaterCloud subscription plan and monitor your current usage.

Recommended Setup Order

If you're new to CaterCloud, start with Business Profile, then move through Team, Messaging, and Quotes & Invoices before going live with clients. This ensures your documents and communications are accurate from the start.
