Food truck bookings
Two ways work arrives. One calendar.
Private · someone books you
Public · you go and find the work
One calendar, one roster, one set of numbers
However the work arrived, the day it lands on is the same day.
Two ways work arrives, one calendar underneath. ⚠️ The public lane is drawn only as far as 'applied' — whether an organiser's acceptance comes back automatically is unverified, so it is not drawn.
What goes wrong
Where the time goes
The parts of the job that cost you, before any software is involved.
Your dates live in two places
Private bookings in one diary, market and festival dates in another, and the clash is discovered by a phone call.
Finding gigs is a separate job
Markets, festivals and food-truck slots are scattered across sites and Facebook groups, and looking for them is an evening.
Applying is a form every time
The same details typed again for every organiser, with no record of what you sent or when.
You cannot see whether a gig is worth it
A pitch fee, a long drive and an unknown crowd. Whether last year’s equivalent made money is not recorded anywhere.
How it works
How it works
Your real dates, on your own site
Embed your availability so a customer can see what is open before they ask.
Search public gigs
Markets and events near your home base, with the ones you have already seen filtered out.
Shortlist and apply
Apply from inside the app rather than filling the same form again.
One calendar underneath
Private and public work land on the same day, so a clash is impossible to miss.
03 — In their words
Caterers who love CaterCloud
“The moment I realised this was actually working was waking up in the morning and having the leads in my inbox already — without chasing the business. I've gone from one booking a month to three or four.”
Michelle
Owner, Michelle's Catering
50–60% of leads converted
“I run three businesses, so chasing quotes and back-of-house was really hard work. Now people order and pay through the website and get a quote instantly — I don't have to lift a finger.”
Mel
Owner, Junction Cafes
2–3 a day enquiries, was 2–3 a week · admin halved
“This software does it all for us — our invoicing's done, our payment schedules are done, the quoting tool's there. We can be asleep and still get leads. Without it, our truck would be sitting in the backyard not generating revenue.”
Steve & Amanda
Owners, Travelling Carnivores
45–55 quotes sent / month
“We've collected $40k just in deposits. Our calendar is filling up — we're actually in the process of getting a second van. One job alone basically paid for the whole system.”
Jacinto
Owner, Spanish Paella & Sangria
$40k in deposits
“These guys know how to improve your web page and the inquiries coming in. I'm three months into next year already confirmed — that's never happened in 12 years.”

Who it is not for
Where this is the wrong tool
You want a POS for the window
CaterCloud does not run a till or take counter payments. For service at the hatch you need a POS as well.
You only ever do private catering
The public gig lane is most of the value here; without it, the catering pages are the better fit.
You need a guaranteed booking
Applying to a gig is applying. The organiser decides, and nothing here changes that.
Questions
What people ask
- Can customers book my truck directly?
- Yes — your real availability goes on your own site, and an enquiry arrives already carrying the date and the head count.
- Where do the public gigs come from?
- Markets, festivals and events are discovered and listed with their application windows, filtered to your home base radius.
- Does applying guarantee the gig?
- No. You apply, it is submitted, and the organiser decides — the software does not pretend otherwise.
- Does it handle both private and public work?
- That is the point. Both lanes land on one calendar, one roster and one set of numbers.
