Embeddable widget
Upcoming Events Widget
1<iframe src="https://crm.catercloud.io/embed/events/<your-key>" width="100%" height="640" frameborder="0" style="border:none;border-radius:12px;" title="Upcoming events" loading="lazy"></iframe>
What it does
On your own site, doing real work
Lists the public events you have chosen to show — date, place and time — from the same calendar your private bookings sit on. You pick which are public; the rest never appear.
Your own website
Wherever you already send people. One block of HTML, pasted once.
Where the result lands
In CaterCloud, against the customer, on the same calendar and pipeline as everything else.
01One snippet, no plugin. It works on any site that lets you paste HTML.
02The key in the URL is public by design and scoped to one widget config — it is an address, not a credential.
03It publishes what you mark public. It does not find events for you, and it will not reveal a private booking however the widget is configured.
04Nothing here needs a CaterCloud-built website. If you have one, the same widget is a section instead of a paste.
The rest of them
Seven others, same idea
Each one puts a piece of CaterCloud on a website you already own.
Instant Quote Widget
A real price on your own site, from your own menu — not a contact form.
Catering Availability Widget
Your real dates, on your own site — answered by the engine your calendar uses.
Live Menu Widget
Your menu, live on your own site. Change a price once, not in four places.
Catering Order Widget
Take an order and a payment on your own site, with no quote round-trip.
Website Chat Widget
A chat bubble on your site whose conversations land in your own inbox.
Invite Us to Trade Widget
An organiser puts this on their own site to invite you to trade.
Catering Shop Widget
Boxes and subscriptions on your own site, built from your existing menu items.
Questions
What people ask before pasting it
- Where does the code go?
- Anywhere you can paste HTML — Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, a hand-built site. It is one snippet and it does not need a plugin.
- Do I need a CaterCloud website to use it?
- No. These are built to go on the site you already have. If you do build your site with CaterCloud the widget is a section instead of a paste, but the widget is the same one.
- What is the key in the snippet?
- Your own embed key, which CaterCloud generates and shows you next to the copy button. The one above is a placeholder — the rest of the snippet is exactly what you will paste.
- What can it not do?
- It publishes what you mark public. It does not find events for you, and it will not reveal a private booking however the widget is configured.
