Multi-outlet operations

You run four operations. A customer sees one business.

A counter that also caters. A truck that also does weddings. A kitchen that delivers on weekdays and packs down at a festival on Saturday. Each has its own diary, its own radius and its own idea of what a booking even is — and the person on your website knows none of that.

What it does

Three things that break across mixed operations

Everything below ships today. Nothing here is a roadmap item.

An outlet is a real thing, not a label

Each truck, kitchen and site is its own outlet, carrying its own diary and its own colour. A fixed shopfront and a truck that travels are different kinds of thing here — not one address field with different text in it.

Collected, delivered and served are three promises

The storefront settles which one before it asks anything else, because they are not one order with a checkbox. They carry different lead times, different windows and different prices. A tray picked up at eleven is not a crew on site at six.

The postcode costs what it costs from that kitchen

Delivery zones belong to the outlet doing the driving, so a run from the inside-city kitchen is not priced as one from the depot across town. A postcode matching no zone is out of area rather than free — in the quote and at checkout, which read the same resolver.

The front door

One button, and every kind of visitor lands in the right place

Somebody planning a 40th does not know whether they want catering, a function or venue hire — so a row of service-line buttons sends them to the phone. One button asks about their day instead, and works out where to send them.

Their website. One button.
